Carlos Lourenço es un experimentado directivo con un amplio conocimiento de más de 25 años en gestión de negocios y operaciones, compras y logística, servicios generales y outsourcing, tecnología y innovación, energía y suministros industriales.
Carlos es Ingeniero con maestría en electrónica y posgrado en física por la Univ. Essex y especializaciones en varias áreas de negocios en escuelas de alta gestión como el IE España, LBS Inglaterra, IMD Suiza y INSEAD Francia, con una amplia experiencia al nivel directivo en empresas familiares y multinacionales, en Europa y Latam, en sectores como los servicios de telecomunicaciones y licenciamiento de software, industria y servicios generales, gran distribución y cadenas de suministro.
Carlos fue el Presidente de la Asociación Nacional de Compras y SupplyChain de Portugal, y desarrolló diversos roles directivos de nivel CxO como Chief Technology Officer, Chief Procurement Officer y Chief B2B Officer en grupos internacionales como Vodafone, Orange, Sonae y Altice.
Además, participa en diversas iniciativas de inversión en la República Dominicana y apoya ONG’s que le ayudan a obtener una visión más amplia de las oportunidades reales de las empresas y su contribución para la sociedad.

Carlos Lourenço is an experienced professional with extensive knowledge of more than 25 years in top level management, procurement and logistics, operations and facilities, general services, outsourcing, call centers, technology, energy and industrial supply chain.
Carlos is an engineer with master degree in electronics and post graduation in physics by the Univ. Essex and specializations in various business areas at management schools such as IE Spain, LBS England, IMD Switzerland and INSEAD France, with extensive hands-on experience of high level management in family and multinational companies both in Europe and Latam, in sectors such as communications and software, industry and services, retail distribution and supply chain.
Carlos was President of Portuguese National Procurement and Supply Chain Association and had various roles at CxO level such as Chief Technology Officer, Chief Procurement Officer and Chief B2B Officer in international groups such as Vodafone, Orange, Sonae and Altice.
He also engage with some investment initiatives in the Dominican Republic and supports NGOs that help him to obtain a broader view of the companies’ real opportunities and the contribution to the society.
